សុភ័គ រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការត្រួតពិនិត្យរាល់ការបញ្ចេញមតិ និងដកចេញនូវរាល់ការបញ្ចេញមតិដែលអាចចាត់ទុកថាមិនសមរម្យ ការប្រមាថ ឬបណ្តាលឱ្យមានការបំពានលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។

អ្នកធានា និងតំណាងថា៖

អ្នកមានសិទ្ធិក្នុងការប្រកាសមតិនៅលើគេហទំព័ររបស់យើងនិងមានអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណចាំបាច់ទាំងអស់និងការយល់ព្រមដើម្បីធ្វើដូច្នេះបាន។
មតិយោបល់មិនរំលោភលើកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញាណាមួយឡើយ រួមទាំងដោយគ្មានការកំណត់ការរក្សាសិទ្ធិ ប៉ាតង់ ឬពាណិជ្ជសញ្ញារបស់ភាគីទីបីណាមួយឡើយ។

អាជីវកម្មដែលមានការទទួលស្គាល់ពេញប្រព័ន្ធ លើកលែងតែ ការស្វែងរកអង្គការមិនរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ ផ្សារទំនើបសប្បុរសធម៌ និងក្រុមរៃអង្គាសប្រាក់សប្បុរសធម៌ ដែលប្រហែលជាមិនមានតំណខ្ពស់ទៅកាន់គេហទំព័ររបស់យើង។

អង្គការទាំងនេះអាចភ្ជាប់ទៅទំព័រដើមរបស់យើង ទៅកាន់ការបោះពុម្ពផ្សាយ ឬព័ត៌មានគេហទំព័រផ្សេងទៀត ដរាបណាតំណភ្ជាប់៖ (ក) មិនមានលក្ខណៈបោកបញ្ឆោតណាមួយឡើយ។ (ខ) មិនក្លែងបន្លំការឧបត្ថម្ភ ការយល់ព្រម ឬការយល់ព្រមពីភាគីភ្ជាប់ និងផលិតផល និង/ឬសេវាកម្មរបស់វាឡើយ។ និង (គ) សមនៅក្នុងបរិបទនៃគេហទំព័ររបស់ភាគីភ្ជាប់។

យើងនឹងអនុម័តសំណើតំណពីអង្គការទាំងនេះ ប្រសិនបើយើងសម្រេចថា៖ (ក) តំណនេះនឹងមិនធ្វើឱ្យយើងមើលទៅមិនអំណោយផលចំពោះខ្លួនយើង ឬចំពោះអាជីវកម្មដែលទទួលស្គាល់របស់យើង។ (ខ) អង្គការមិនមានកំណត់ត្រាអវិជ្ជមានណាមួយជាមួយយើងទេ។ (គ) អត្ថប្រយោជន៍ដល់យើងពីការមើលឃើញនៃតំណភ្ជាប់ ប៉ះប៉ូវអវត្តមាននៃសុភ័គ។ និង (ឃ) តំណភ្ជាប់ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងបរិបទនៃព័ត៌មានធនធានទូទៅ។

អង្គការទាំងនេះអាចភ្ជាប់ទៅទំព័រដើមរបស់យើង ដរាបណាតំណភ្ជាប់៖ (ក) មិនមានលក្ខណៈបោកបញ្ឆោតឡើយ។ (ខ) មិនក្លែងបន្លំការឧបត្ថម្ភ ការយល់ព្រម ឬការយល់ព្រមពីភាគីដែលភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនង និងផលិតផល ឬសេវាកម្មរបស់ខ្លួនឡើយ។ និង (c) សមនៅក្នុងបរិបទនៃគេហទំព័ររបស់ភាគីភ្ជាប់។

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកជាអង្គការមួយក្នុងចំណោមអង្គការដែលបានរាយក្នុងកថាខណ្ឌទី 2 ខាងលើ ហើយមានចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ក្នុងការភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់គេហទំព័ររបស់យើង អ្នកត្រូវតែជូនដំណឹងមកយើងដោយផ្ញើអ៊ីមែលទៅកាន់សុភ័គ។ សូមបញ្ចូលឈ្មោះរបស់អ្នក ឈ្មោះស្ថាប័នរបស់អ្នក និងព័ត៌មានទំនាក់ទំនង ព្រមទាំង URL នៃគេហទំព័ររបស់អ្នក បញ្ជី URLs ណាមួយដែលអ្នកមានបំណងភ្ជាប់ទៅកាន់គេហទំព័ររបស់យើង និងបញ្ជី URLs នៅលើគេហទំព័ររបស់យើងដែលអ្នកចង់បាន ភ្ជាប់។ រង់ចាំ 2-3 សប្តាហ៍សម្រាប់ការឆ្លើយតប។

ដោយប្រើឧបករណ៍កំណត់ទីតាំងធនធានឯកសណ្ឋានត្រូវបានភ្ជាប់ទៅ; ឬ
តាមរយៈការប្រើប្រាស់ការពិពណ៌នាផ្សេងទៀតនៃគេហទំព័ររបស់យើងដែលត្រូវបានភ្ជាប់ទៅវាសមហេតុផលនៅក្នុងបរិបទ និងទម្រង់នៃមាតិកានៅលើគេហទំព័ររបស់ភាគីដែលភ្ជាប់។

គ្មានការប្រើប្រាស់និមិត្តសញ្ញារបស់សុភ័គ ឬស្នាដៃសិល្បៈផ្សេងទៀតនឹងត្រូវបានអនុញ្ញាតសម្រាប់ការភ្ជាប់អវត្តមាននៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងអាជ្ញាប័ណ្ណពាណិជ្ជសញ្ញានោះទេ។

អាយហ្វ្រេម

បើគ្មានការយល់ព្រមជាមុន និងការអនុញ្ញាតជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរទេ អ្នកមិនអាចបង្កើតស៊ុមជុំវិញគេហទំព័ររបស់យើង ដែលផ្លាស់ប្តូរការបង្ហាញ ឬរូបរាងរបស់គេហទំព័ររបស់យើងតាមរបៀបណាមួយឡើយ។

ទំនួលខុសត្រូវមាតិកា
